Management Structure with Leadership Pattern

  1. General Body is the supreme authority of ShriMahaveerGaushalaKalyanSansthan which is consisted of 28 members.
  2. It brings amendment in the organizational’s structure.
  3. It confirms the yearly organizational activities and accounts.
  4. It elects 05 members for Executive Committee for a period of three years.
  5. Executive Committee is responsible and accountable to General Body for its work and organizational management.
  6. This body is accountable for effective smooth functioning of organizational activities.
  7. General body also elect President, he took up the management functioning  and guide staff members.
  8. For Special Activities the project incharge and coordinators works under the supervision of President.
  9. In Coordination meeting the President preside over the meeting and took active participation in all important decisions.
  10. The Coordinators, Project Director, Chief Executive officer &  Section Heads report to the President

  1. All women and men are equal. They have equal rights in the society and participate in the development activities equally.
  2. ShriMahaveerGaushalaKalyanSansthanwill ensure participation of all poor people living in the working areas and provide special emphasis to the women participation as they considerably in backward position.

Accountability

  1. The Executive Committee is accountable to the General Body for its activities. As per constitution, ShriMahaveerGaushalaKalyanSansthan management is responsible to the Executive Committee for the effective management of the Organization and the program as well as for the proper utilization of funds provided by the different sources.
  2. The Executive Committee monitor the activities of accounts section for ensuring the good accounting.
  3. ShriMahaveerGaushalaKalyanSansthanis accountable to the funding Agencies and donors for its activities.
  4. ShriMahaveerGaushalaKalyanSansthan is participating in the coordination meeting organized by the local administration and submitting reports on a regular basis.

 

 

Organizational Transparency

  1. ShriMahaveerGaushalaKalyanSansthan is transparent to the donors and is providing all types of information considering the requirement.
  2. ShriMahaveerGaushalaKalyanSansthanis transparent to the participants and beneficiaries especially about every information.
  3. ShriMahaveerGaushalaKalyanSansthan is also transparent to the Counterpart and Partners.
  4. ShriMahaveerGaushalaKalyanSansthanwill never hide any information to the stakeholders it is working with.

  1. Write name of policy and manual exist in the organization such as Personnel Policy/service rule, gender policy, financial manual, strategic plan, program operational guideline with name of program.
